I now do them over the phone. Yes! It really works! Since we are dealing with
another realm, (the psychic realm) it doesn’t require you to be physically in the room
with me. My clients all tell me that they really feel the difference after one of these
sessions.

How long does it take to feel the effects?
Most people feel an immediate change. If your condition is chronic, it is
recommended that you get a series of sessions.
This is how it works. I will connect remotely with your electro- magnetic field (your
auric field) and send energy psychically to help balance your vibrational field.
I start with balancing your Chakra’s. Chakras are the seven main energy centers of
our body. These vortexes of energy regulate the energy flow throughout our bodies.
They open and shut depending on what we are feeling and thinking. They are not
physical objects that can be seen, but are an integral part of our life force located at
different points throughout the physical body.
Every sense, feeling and experience is connected to a specific chakra. When you
are stressed about something, the chakra itself can become unbalanced and this
could manifest itself as dis-ease in your physical body. For your mind, emotions and
physical body to be working together in total harmony, the chakras need to be spinning
at the correct frequency. From time to time it is necessary to balance them to
maintain optimum health.
Once I have balanced them I will do a psychic scan of your auric field and be guided
as to where there might be energy blockages and work to get them flowing again. I
do this by sending energy with sound,(including precision calibrated tuning forks,
singing bowls, drums and more) hand chakra’s and crystals.
Each energy healing session is unique because I won’t know exactly where you
need work until I connect to you.
And as I send energy, frequencies will be stimulated encouraging an energetic
current to travel into and outside the body. This helps to balance the body's physical
and subtle energy fields to promote healing and inner harmony. You may actually
feel the energy moving to different parts of your body. It will feel very relaxing.
How do I prepare for a session?
All you need to do is wear comfortable clothing. It is best to spend 15 minutes or so
before your session winding down. Deep breathing is always a great way to do that.

Sessions are 45 minutes: 5 minute prep / 35 minute treatment / 5 minute wrap up
