This recipe was formulated by Cyndy DiBeneditto, CTN. Each bag makes a half gallon and the instructions are right on the bag. Once you brew the tea keep it refrigerated. It will last about 2 weeks. To preserve freshness, keep the unused bags in the freezer until you are ready to brew them. You can keep them frozen for several months. It is best to detox for a minimum of 4 weeks. (You will need two bags for that.) Then if desired, a maintenance dose of the tea can be taken.
