It's easy to fill out. Check all the symptoms that apply to you on the first 2 pages. Then find the sections you had the most checks in and look at those sections on the last 3 pages. You will find recommended herbal extracts. You may find you need several remedies. If so, check to see if any of them overlap from section to section and start with those first.
